| Cordelia got up in all her naked glory and gave Misty a passionate kiss.
"We'll pick this up later doll. I wonder what is up Max's ass." Cordelia went to the closet and snagged a pair of jeans and a shirt from Misty. Cordelia found Max waiting outside of the apartment.
"Damn someone is impatient much?!" Cordelia asked.
When Max didn't reply Cordelia fell quiet, but not before asking a question that was plaguing her.
"You love Buffy don't you? You sometimes think about how things would have been if you two would end up together." Cordelia asked.
Cordelia was met with silence as they walked a little ways to a residential neighborhood that they know all too well.
"Hate to break it to you angel, but it wouldn't have been sunshine and roses. Now let's get your bike so we can take care of business." Cordelia griped. |

| Max thought about everything Cordelia was saying as she approached her house and opened the garage revealing a Ford Mustang with a convertable top.
"Get in." Max commanded as she got in the car starting it, pulling out of the garage and peeling down the street.
Max turned down Buffy's street and parked in front of the blonde's house.
"Here goes nothing. You have my back right?"
